Was it the captivating landscapes of the island? Or the endless strips of golden sand? Or was it the aura of its ancient soul? Nobody knows for sure, but Mykonos put a spell on us 15 years ago. And we decided to put a spell on our guests too, by creating a beach restaurant that celebrates Mykonian summer and a place where all five senses meet and greet.
Solymar, named after the words "Sun and Sea", is all about that summer: laid back but exclusive, welcoming but elegant, fun but classy.
